Linkstory is an innovative learning platform that reimagines how we explore history. By leveraging real-time Wikipedia connections, it allows users to visualize and interact with the complex web of factors shaping historical events.

01The challenge

My graduation project aimed to present the Ethiopian Jewish migration story from multiple perspectives, moving beyond traditional narratives. This led to a broader question: How can we tell historical stories that encompass diverse viewpoints for a more comprehensive understanding?

02The solution

LinkStory connects directly to Wikipedia, using advanced algorithms to map relationships between historical entities. Users can adjust the depth of connections, creating a personalized learning experience. This approach transforms complex historical narratives into engaging, interactive explorations, making history more accessible and multifaceted for all learners.
