We partnered with Standard Bank to revolutionize their foreign exchange payment transfer process. Our solution modernizes outdated procedures, simplifies cross-border transactions, and reduces approval bottlenecks, leveraging the bank's comprehensive understanding of forex regulations and risks.

01The challenge

Our primary task was to create a unified system with a consistent interface for both Capturers and Authorizers while facilitating a smooth transition from manual to digital processes. Additionally, we needed to design a flexible system accommodating various transfer types with similar procedural stages.

02The solution

Through extensive user interviews, we developed an intuitive interface for seamless transaction management. Our design features a role-specific dashboard with real-time updates, a comprehensive transaction overview, and an innovative five-stage Wizard. This Wizard streamlines transfer creation, offering automated suggestions and preference saving, ultimately transforming the user experience for Standard Bank's forex teams.
