LAWA Altitude is a web-based app revolutionizing employee access and services at LAX. This innovative platform streamlines issue reporting, offers digital content, and introduces a benefits section to foster community among airport staff.

Our mission was to create a mobile hub for LAX employees, enhancing communication, simplifying daily procedures, and strengthening loyalty to the airport. The goal was to eliminate traditional methods and create a seamless, community-focused experience.

02The solution

After extensive research involving employee interviews and surveys, we developed a user-friendly web app with four key features: a streamlined issue reporting system, instant guest support, an employee shuttle service, and a benefits program. The app also includes a personal feedback system, "Kudos," for immediate staff recognition. This comprehensive solution addresses both practical needs and community-building objectives, transforming the LAX employee experience.
